Friends of Abacus Primary School

Welcome to our page, we wanted to give you a quick introduction to FAPS- Abacus Primary School’s PTA. We are a group of mums (dads are very welcome too!) who have a lot of fun planning and running events to help to raise money for our school.

Our main focus is to work with all staff and parents to enrich, as best we can, the pupil’s time at our school. The funds we raise help to buy extra equipment for the children, both educational and fun.

We would love as many of you as possible to get involved with the work we do- it’s hard work but so much fun and it’s another really lovely way you can be involved in your child’s school experiences.

We are now using a website to take orders for our events, so please go to

www.pta-events.co.uk/faps-abacus where you will need to register and then you can order and pay for your event – we hope you will find this new way of ordering and booking easy and streamlined.
